We perform heavy maintenance at our bases in Haneda, Narita, and Osaka, supporting the JAL Group and Japanese airlines. We also perform structural repairs, nondestructive inspections, and airframe painting for customers operating business jets, small aircraft, and helicopters.
Maintenance engineers with high specialization in airframe systems, airframe structures, and painting perform high-quality maintenance. As a Japanese MRO, we can also facilitate smooth aircraft receipt and delivery leveraging our geographic advantage.
Regardless of aircraft type, we accept subcontracting of certain processes for repair of aircraft skin and airframe structures. We also handle composite materials, which make up many modern aircraft, applying know-how developed through work on aircraft such as the 787. In addition, we perform special process work such as plating and shot peening on a variety of aircraft.
Our specialist aircraft painting team handles painting of large aircraft, single-engine small aircraft, helicopters, and more. We can also produce and apply decals end-to-end in a short timeframe, enabling special aircraft designs such as photo wraps.
